To ensure the best possible experience for all our valued clients, we'll be strictly adhering to our deposit policy for all services at Lily Me Red.

This policy helps us maintain our appointment schedule and allows us to dedicate the time you deserve.

Lily Me Red Policies: Ensuring a Smooth Experience

Deposits (Chemical Services, Hair Extensions & Beauty):

  • To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit is required for chemical services, lashes, and makeup.

  • Deposits are due 48 hours before your appointment. (72 hours for hair extensions)

  • Unpaid deposits will prevent confirmation, allowing waitlist clients to take your spot.

Payment Security:

  • Our booking system uses a secure payment provider trusted by Uber, Spotify, Microsoft, and many others.

  • Manual payments are also available.

  • You can confirm your appointment with a deposit during your previous appointment rebooking.

Deposits are Not Extra Charges:

  • Deposits are deducted from your final service cost at checkout.

Rescheduling:

  • To transfer your deposit to a new booking, please reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance (or 72 hours for hair extensions)

No-Shows & Cancellations Within 48 Hours:

  • Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours or 72 hours for hair extensions.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late with no contact to us you will be marked as a no show and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Repeated no-shows/cancellations may result in denied future bookings.

  • We will contact you 48 hours before your appointment and if no contact has been made to us then we will cancel your appointment.

Impact of No-Shows/Cancellations:

  • This policy ensures fairness to Lily Me Red stylists and other clients who rely on scheduled appointment times.

Rebooking Appointments:

  • We encourage rebooking appointments as soon as possible due to a waitlist.

Hair Service Refunds:

  • We don't offer refunds for hair services or beauty services, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll do our best to address the issue and achieve the desired result.
